Community Visitors Scheme:
This scheme links volunteer visitors with elderly people in their homes and aged care facilities who are socially isolated for friendship and support. Volunteers visit people in Nuriootpa, Williamstown, Tanunda, Freeling, Baklava, Hamley Bridge, Kapunda and Clare. Currently due to COVID-19 the service is able to offer phone calls or virtual contact through Skype, Zoom or iPads.
