A free, confidential and state-wide service to older people, or their representatives, who are:

  • living in residential aged care
  • receiving Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Home Care Package (HCP) services
  • at risk of, or experiencing abuse from family or friends
  • living in a retirement village.

In a local response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Barossa Council, SBA and Stakeholders have implemented the #BarossaCares for supporting and connecting our community.

The aim of this program is to provide information and connection to Barossa residents who need support and resources during these uncertain times.
