Personal Counselling is available to provide support for :
• Wellbeing
• Relationship concerns
• Mental health
• Domestic violence
• Grief & loss
• Trauma & parenting concerns
Appointments can be made for a one-off chat or ongoing support. Counselling is available over the telephone and Zoom (video call). Face to face services are still available, depending on current health & safety advice. Fees are on a sliding scale depending on income. You do not need a mental health plan to access the service.
